Line maintenance · coil coating

See the machine
through the wall.

Tag equipment where it stands, log faults by voice, and walk straight to a breaker, drive, or disconnect two rooms away — the marker shows through the wall with live distance.

Put the headset on and open this page in Browser to enter AR.

Locate through walls

Pick any asset and an arrow guides you to it with live distance. Breakers, drives, and resets stay visible through walls and floors.

Log faults by voice

Point at the problem, pull both triggers, and describe it. It's saved as a dated, titled ticket on the exact spot it happened.

Preventive maintenance

Set a service interval on any asset. Overdue items turn red on the equipment and count up on this dashboard.

Line schedule on hand

Bring the paint-line schedule into view as a pinned panel you can resize and dim while you work.

In the headset

  1. Set two reference points. On entry, point at two fixed spots you'll recognise next time — two machine corners, a doorway edge and a post — and pull both triggers on each. Your tags anchor to those points, so there's nothing on the headset to fill up or clear.
  2. Tag an asset. Point at it, pull both triggers, say its name. Set its category and a service interval from the panel.
  3. Report a fault. Report an issue, point at the problem, pull both triggers, describe it. It logs as a red ticket on the spot.
  4. Locate anything. Pick a tag and hit Locate — an arrow points you to it with live distance, straight through walls.
  5. Talk to a tag. Look at it, hold grip: "what did I do to this last", "rename this", "this is fixed". A / B buttons add a voice memo to whatever you point at.

Either controller works for everything. Only one controller? A single trigger acts as "both". Meta button leaves AR. To walk the whole plant, turn Boundary off: headset Settings → System → Developer → Boundary.
